2. Data We Process
When using HookTap, the following data may be processed:
- Device identifiers (push tokens)
- Webhook payload content
- Event metadata
- IP addresses
- Technical log data
Processing is carried out solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Data processing is carried out to provide webhook notifications, ensure system stability, and prevent misuse.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in maintaining security and stability).
4. Hosting and Third Parties
HookTap is hosted within the European Union using cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Google Cloud / Firebase).
Push notifications are delivered via Apple Push Notification Services (APNs).
5. Data Retention
Webhook content and log data are stored only as long as necessary to provide the Service. Permanent storage is not guaranteed.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
